My vacation was nothing short of a blast. For once in my life, I had a vacation that didn’t fly by, but took it’s sweet time to end. Which is FINE BY ME! So much to tell and so much to show. I’ll write up a break down of my trip later. Still have to recover from it all.

Vacation time is here! And it’s about damn time. This time tomorrow, I’ll be sitting in lovely California most likely getting smashed at this time. WOOO!

So, I’m going on vacation here in a little over a week in San Diego, CA. Anyone who’s been near me knows that I’m really excited about this trip, and almost lost it too due to financial and other reasons. So, to keep things even more fun, I’m asking you guys to create a picture scavenger hunt for me! Here’s an overview of where I’ll be going:

San Diego area
Disneyland/California Adventures
Universal Studios
Sea World
Wild Animal Park

So what should I hunt for? Leave a comment here or on my facebook (since most of you are from there anyway), and I’ll build a list and try to see if I can get them all.

I guess I should be lucky that I missed half of the F.O.R. inspection at work today. So far it’s halfway over and I get to dodge another bullet by not having to work breakfast tomorrow. So I’ve survived yet another inspection at McDonald’s. Yay? This week can’t end fast enough. Neither can next week. I’m ready for my vacation already.

Dakota likes to try to get my attention while I’m sitting at my computer a lot. It’s not that I don’t pay attention to her, she’s just a dog that wants attention constantly. It’s kinda funny. Most times she’ll just nudge my arm and let me pet her till he falls asleep, but sometimes she plays with my hand.

Note: My hand does start to turn red after a few seconds of her mouthing, but as people who work with me have found out, I’m incredibly sensitive to scratching. Even light ones.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JOSH! I’m not sure if he’s going to even pay attention to this, but whatever. Head over to Lore, LOL and wish him a Happy Birthday. Or drop a comment here. I’ll make him look at them!

Well, actually, the countdown began 2 months ago. But now it’s in overdrive! In 11 days, I will be on my way to sunny California for a week! It’s going to be great because the weather forecast for the rest of the month in Michigan will be COLD. Really cold. I’m totally looking forward to this trip not just because it’s getting me out of the cold for a week, but because I haven’t taken a trip out of this state in…oh 5 years. The last time Josh and I took a vacation, it was when we went to meet my parents in Hawaii and see my brother graduate from High School. But Josh isn’t going with me this time, but I’m still going to have fun. I mean, 4 parks, a casino, a play, and sightseeing all in 7 days is awesome.

And don’t worry, I won’t spam my twitter like I did for BlizzCon ‘09. Just a little tweets here and there. =P

6. Refuse to serve people who let their children order in Drive Thru (It’s not as cute as you think it is)
5. Refuse to serve people who order from the passenger seat. (Your order is wrong? I’m sorry, I couldn’t hear you.)
4. Burst out into song when ever I felt like it. At the top of my lungs.
3. Forever go without wearing those ridiculous ties.
2. Make Quesadillas whenever I wanted to. (we have tortillas, we have cheese, we have chicken. WHY NOT?!)
